Discrimination by educators towards students contributes to and reinforces educational inequality. The challenge was to develop a platform that effectively administers surveys to students about their experiences with discrimination, using the findings to advocate for improvements in equity within the educational system.

To tackle this challenge, a discovery process was initiated, which included interviews with stakeholders, school administrators, and survey management staff. A thorough competitor analysis and data evaluation were also performed. This discovery phase revealed key opportunities for platform enhancement: the survey reports needed to be more intuitive, and the overall timeline from survey collection to report generation required optimization.

A user-friendly platform was developed that enables schools to register, schedule student surveys, and efficiently access results through an analytical dashboard. This solution significantly reduced the time from planning to result acquisition.

For the visual design, the focus was on creating a clean and accessible layout that aligned with the branding of the platform.
